Changes to the NHS Test and สล็อตออนไลน์ Trace app which should make it send out fewer isolation alerts will be introduced on Monday, the BBC has learned.
The app uses Bluetooth to measure the distance and duration of any close contact between users, and then. triggers an alert if one of them later enters a positive Covid test.
The parameters determining what constitutes a close contact are being adjusted.
A source on the app team confirmed the changes will go live on Monday and this would mean fewer "pings".
Earlier this week there were severe delays at Heathrow after 100 security staff were sent home by pings from the app.
